The General Director of Self-Employment, Social Economy and Corporate Social Responsibility visits Hispaled

Hispaled has received the visit of the General Director of Self-Employment, Social Economy and Corporate Social Responsibility of the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy, Maravillas Espín, together with the Deputy Director, Juan Manuel Sánchez-Terán.

In addition to the political representatives, the visit was attended by members of the Madrid Association of Insertion Companies - AMEI, and the Federation of Business Associations of Insertion Companies - FAEDEI.

Hispaled has been able to share its identity as a company, which links an innovative, quality and sustainable business project with a social project with a strong commitment to the social and labour insertion of young people in vulnerable situations.

Its main activity, the design and manufacture of LED technology solutions, mainly in the field of lighting, is carried out in a way that is linked to a process of improving the employability opportunities of young people at risk of exclusion. This function is carried out through on-the-job training itineraries, both in terms of installation and maintenance of LED technology, as well as in concepts such as ecological transition, carbon footprint, environmental impact and energy efficiency. Hispaled seeks to achieve a triple impact: economic, social and environmental.

Throughout the visit, the people who make up Hispaled wanted to highlight the role of these companies in the necessary economic transformation towards an economically efficient, socially redistributive and environmentally sustainable model.
