Hispaled and Cegelux together for youth employment in the electrical and lighting sector

Cegelux and Hispaled signed on April 5, at Cegelux's headquarters, a collaboration agreement within the framework of the Lighting Futures Network - Alliance for Youth and Future Employment. This network aims to generate youth employability among the most vulnerable in the field of energy efficiency.

The agreement puts in writing a collaboration that began several months ago, in which Cegelux has promoted and facilitated the employment of young people who have completed an itinerary in Hispaled.
Currently, 5 young people from Hispaled are working as electrical installers at Cegelux.

Javier Cerezo, founding partner of Cegelux, emphasized that "Hispaled is already a partner along the way that is allowing us to incorporate talent into our team of electricians. Generating decent employment for young people who have experienced difficult circumstances is one of the great contributions that our company can make to society".

These young people participate in an itinerary of 1 to 3 years, aimed at improving their employability, for their incorporation into the normalized labor market. It is classified as an Insertion Company, according to Law 44/2007, being part of the social economy.
