Management policy

HISPALED is a company that designs, produces and markets lighting products with LED technology.

At HISPALED we assume that the customer must be the measure of our work. This principle implies that our efforts are valid if they meet the expectations of our stakeholders.

In this sense, it should be noted that this objective is applicable to the people who work at HISPALED. The relationship that unites the company's employees must go beyond the traditional customer-supplier relationship, so we must meet the expectations of our colleagues, both personally and professionally, and other interested parties.

HISPALED is an insertion company, qualified according to the criteria of the law 44/2007. We want to work for the social and labour insertion of unemployed people in situation or risk of social exclusion through the realization of a paid job.

The principles that will govern the management of our company are the following:

  1. We like to do things well and we want to do them better and better. For this it is necessary to keep records and indicators of our work, in order to identify areas for improvement.
  2. The first to set an example are the members of management. In this regard, we express our commitment to make a special effort to comply with and enforce this Management Policy.
  3. Likewise, we want to learn from our mistakes, thus eliminating the possibility of repeating them in the future.
  4. We are committed to creativity, in order to provide differential elements to our clients, but we work according to detailed procedures that specify who, how and when the tasks are carried out.
  5. We respect the current legislation applicable to our activity, as well as the requirements imposed by our customers and those imposed by ourselves.
  6. Our daily work takes place in a world subject to environmental aggressions. Given the prominence of our activity in relation to this aspect, and although our contribution is small, we aim to protect the environment, designing products of maximum efficiency and durability, complying with environmental legislation and any applicable requirement
, we prevent the impact that our activities cause on the environment and reduce the use of resources (electricity, paper, etc.) necessary for the development of these activities.
  7. In the same way, we are committed to health and safety at work, putting all the means at our disposal to prevent injuries or deterioration of the health of our workers, trying to the best of our ability to eliminate hazards and reduce risks to OSH. To this end, the promotion of consultation and participation of workers, as well as respect for legislation and other occupational health and safety regulations applicable in all its aspects, is a requirement in the day to day of our company.
  8. We must know where we come from and where we are going. To do this we have defined a series of objectives and goals that mark the path to follow over time. These objectives define the person responsible, the deadline for achieving them and the means necessary to do so.
  9. We want to bring extra value to society, contributing to the fight against poverty and social exclusion. To do this, we seek to generate employment and training opportunities for young people in situations of social vulnerability and we accompany them in their process of socio-labour insertion through personalised itineraries.

This Policy has been developed by the Company's Management and is intended to become the ideology that will guide our actions over time. Therefore, the first step must be to make it known to employees and interested parties.
