Information you voluntarily provide when filling out forms
The user's personal data collected through any Hispaled questionnaire or form, completed voluntarily by the user, will become part of the automated file owned by Hispaled, with registered office in Spain, in C/Dehesa Vieja 8E, Nave 11, 28052 Madrid CIF B85788651, once the user has given his/her express consent by checking the "Privacy Policy" box.
Hispaled will not use in any case the data collected through these forms to transfer or sell them to third parties or to carry out its own advertising campaigns.
For legal reasons, Hispaled can and must provide any information required to the competent authorities in accordance with Spanish law in the event of a court order, which is only given when a judge has a firm suspicion that the user has carried out illegal activities.
